Chinese white sesame paste (zhī ma jiàng, 芝麻酱) is a richly flavored, thick paste made from 100% roasted white sesame seeds. We use it as dipping sauces, noodles seasonings and fillings.
Our sesame paste is slowly stone ground between two smooth circular stones. This process generates very little heat, so the end product is pure in flavor, nutrients, and texture. And the raw material is Chinese origin color-selected raw sesame seeds, it is rich in oil and very bitter taste.
