Black sesame paste is a richly flavored, thick paste made from 100% roasted Black sesame seeds.
We use Chinese origin raw sesame seeds as it is rich in oil, has very little bitter taste and fragrant smell.
And it has different flavor compared with white sesame paste and richer nutrients.
